Returns

1. If any mishaps were made on our end you can contact us to receive additional information on returns/exchanges
2. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date according to the shipping carrier's tracking information

Refunds

At BLKgirls apparel, we want you to be 100% satisfied, please contact us to receive additional refund information. Please be mindful refunds will NOT be sent for the following reasons:

1. The package was delivered to the address you entered at checkout and you are unable to get that package. PLEASE ENTER THE ADDRESS THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO RECEIVE/PICK UP THE PACKAGE keeping in mind the shipping and handling time 

2. Package has not been received even though according to the shipping carrier's tracking information it was "delivered" YOU MUST CONTACT SHIPPING CARRIER.

BLKgirls Apparel uses UPS for all current shipments within the United States, The United Kingdom, and Canada. Please allow 5-7 business days for the order to be PROCESSED
